Please be aware we have made some small changes to our timetable which will take effect from the beginning of Term 2- 20/4/15. This mainly affects those who train on a Friday and Saturday but please also be aware we have ADDED a THURSDAY 7:15pm kickboxing class- open to all levels at the moment!!

We’ve decided to celebrate in style by swopping our sweaty Gis and singlets for our best attire to attend Ascot Race Course, Perth!
This is a great way for us to get to know each other a little betteBe there or be square!r and of course get dressed up! 🙂
When? Saturday 21st Feb.
Where? Ascot Race Course, Perth.
Time? Meet there at 11AM or meet us when you’re ready!
Duration? For the day (if you can survive)!
Cost? Tickets are $15 on the day or you can pre-purchase them online to save a couple of dollars!
Who? Anyone who has been involved with Kalamunda Kickboxing and Martial Arts over the past 17 years! Must aged 18 years and older to attend!
An exact meeting point at the races will be confirmed closer the to the date.
Kalamunda Kickboxing and Martial Arts are proud to announce our involvement with the national Women’s Health Week (Jean Hailes event)!
What will we be doing?!
Kalamunda Kickboxing are offering FREE women’s fitness classes (in the morning 9:15am-10:15am) to all women who are NOT currently members for the duration of Women’s Health Week! Any current members who bring a friend (who is not a member) also receive one free class!!
We will also have our special guest Jess (physiotherapist) on Thursday, after the class to discuss pelvic floor exercises, exercising safely and will recommend progressive relaxation techniques- one day not to be missed!!!
One of our fantastic instructors, Michelle, will also be offering a women’s walk/jog up the ZigZag trail on Monday ASWELL as preparing some special healthy treats for women throughout the week!
Come along for free (a supervised crèche is available for those with children Tues-Thurs) and please bring your young ones on the walk/jog up the ZigZag!!
