At Kalamunda Kickboxing and Martial Arts we offer Women’s Fitness classes that are a mix of circuit, boxing and resistance style of training. These sessions are inexpensive and great value, our friendly instructors are more than happy to help you work on whatever you would like, and just a few sessions can have a really positive impact on your fitness levels and overall confidence.
