Personal Training

Don’t feel totally comfortable starting your training with a class of other students? Or do you work odd hours and can’t make it to our normal classes? Perhaps you’d just like to get a bit more one on one training in and work on a few techniques you’ve been having a bit of trouble with?We recognise that, for a variety of different reasons, many people find they benefit from an hour of one-on-one time with an instructor every now and then. Therefore, in addition to our normal class schedules, we are also offer personal training sessions with a number of our instructors. These sessions are inexpensive and great value. Our friendly instructors are more than happy to help you work on whatever you’d like, and just a few sessions can have a really positive impact on the quality of your technique, fitness and overall confidence. It’s also a great way to learn martial arts if your schedule precludes you from participating in normal classes but would still like to get fit and learn self-defence.

We offer personal training classes in all styles of Martial Arts that we teach and general fitness as well. So if you think some personal training might be for you, then please contact us or if you’re already a student then have a chat with your instructor!
